       Wesfinga Plugins Refund Policy

All sales on Westfinga Store are final. The issue of a refund is always made at the discretion of the Westfinga staff. All decisions made by the Westfinga staff are definitive.

 

We will refund your full purchase price on orders where:

 

  • Your bank / Paypal account was illegally touched ( especially fraud )

  •  

    The failure to deliver the product is caused solely by Wesfinga.

 

Westfinga reserves the right to refuse refund if :

 

  • The issued serial number has been already used ( available in your user account  ) 

  • The original physical packaging has been removed or tampered with

  • The product has been physically damaged

 

Westfinga does not refund products :

 

  • If the customer can't use the software cause to hardware limitations

  • If the customer can't use the software cause to software limitations

  • If the customer can't use the software cause to insufficient knowledge / know-how

 

Eligibility

 

Westfinga strongly advises checking what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software. All information is always provided on the product pages.

Westfinga doesn't refund products which require other software to use (Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries use with a player like Rubaddrum ( the interface can load more than one libraries.

The customer bears the responsibility to have sufficent knowledge to use the product.
